It's simple!  Overhead, overhead, overhead. 

1.  Stop paying for office space, supplies, etc. for an in-house processor.

2.  Flexible hours at all times.  I can accommodate borrowers with different work shifts.  I don't need to punch out at 5pm.

3.  I only get paid when you get paid.  You don't pay for my time off for sickness, vacation or personal time.  

4.  Because I'm not on salary, obviously I'm more motivated to close EVERY LOAN!
